Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card numbers, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
 

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

Gård Vintners processes refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

SHIPPING INFO & POLICIES

Thank you for your interest in shipping Gård wines, we're very particular about what goes into the bottle so we want to take the utmost care in getting that bottle to you. Before purchasing online, please review the wine shipping policies below, if there is something that is questionable or you have a concern about, please don't hesitate to email us at wine@gardvintners.com.

 

We are in compliance to ship to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New York, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, and Wisconsin.

Gård Vintners uses the best method to deliver your wine in the most economical and efficient manner, when available. We ship using UPS for orders shipped within the continental US (subject to our state direct shipping permits below). If you need us to use a different carrier, please call or email us directly.  Shipments may be delayed by the carrier to avoid temperature extremes. For date-sensitive orders, please call us directly. Orders placed by 10:00am Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will usually be shipped within 2 business days.  The package tracking number will be sent to the person placing the order via email once the order has shipped (timing will vary depending on carrier). Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Pacific Time, 509-346-2585.

During hot weather (80 degrees and above) and cold weather (32 degrees and below), there is a high chance the wine will be damaged in transit. In the instance you would like wine to be shipped to an area affected by these conditions we highly recommend selecting the Next Day Air shipping option. Gård Vintners is not liable for any packages damaged due to hot or cold weather.

In order for wine to be delivered, the signature of a person 21 years or older must be obtained by the carrier.  We strongly recommend shipping wine to a business address, if possible, in order to avoid delays associated with obtaining a signature.  Packages containing alcohol cannot be left unattended (ie, at a door or on a porch).  If you would like to make more specific arrangements with the carrier handling your delivery, you can do so by calling the carrier directly and providing the package tracking number.

Additional details:

• Acts of Nature: No refunds will be offered for damages or delays caused by acts of nature or inclement weather.

• We do not ship outside the U.S.

• Our standard packaging is pulp cartons, however we do offer the option of Styrofoam for better insulation.

• UPS cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so please provide a physical address where someone 21 or older can sign for the wine.

• UPS will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol three times before sending it back to Gård Vintners. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges.
