The Wines We’re Pouring This Holiday Season (And Why)

Holiday menus are full of familiar flavors, cozy traditions, and dishes everyone looks forward to all year — which makes choosing the right wines even more fun. We’ve pulled together a lineup of bottles that pair beautifully with the season’s classics (and a few surprises), along with why they work so well.

Skål

2023 Skål Sparkling Rosé $65

Chardonnay + Pinot Noir = festive magic. This newly released bubbly is your go-to for welcome toasts and salty starters like baked brie, oysters, or mushroom crostini, as well as butter poached lobster. It’s crisp, lively, and ready to party.

GB

2023 Grenache Blanc (94 pts) $60

Rich, oaked, and beautifully balanced. This white loves creamy sides, roasted veggies, and classic turkey. Think stuffing, squash, and buttery goodness.

Rosé

2025 Rosé $28

Bright, fruity, and high-acid – this rosé plays well with appetizers, turkey, ham, cranberry sauce, and even cheesy casseroles. It’s the MVP of the holidays.

Carbonic

2025 Carbonic Pinot Noir (92 pts) $48

A vibrant red with juicy, candied red fruit, slight savory notes and soft tannins. It’s fun, youthful and ideal for roasted Brussels, butternut squash, and yes – turkey.
