Position Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age and maintain a current MAST and Food Handler’s Permit.
- Bring a foundational knowledge of wine, with more advanced knowledge preferred.
- Bring at least two years of customer service experience.
- Values a collaborative and positive team dynamic and is willing to support other team members to achieve shared goals.
- Show enthusiasm for learning new skills through onsite training and mentoring.
- Use point-of-sale systems and basic computer tools with confidence and accuracy.
- Take pride in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the tasting room, helping ensure the space consistently feels inviting.
- Stay flexible to support a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Comfortably lift and carry up to 40 pounds as part of the role.
- Remain on your feet and move throughout the space for extended periods.
- Experience with food preparation and presentation, with an eye for quality, consistency, and thoughtful guest service a plus.
Compensation:
$17.13 – $22.00/hr, depending on experience. Eligible for tips.
