Now hiring full-time and/or part-time Tasting Room Associates in Prosser, WA

At Gård Estate Wines in Prosser, we’re looking for phenomenal Tasting Room Associates who genuinely enjoy people and provide standout hospitality. You have a naturally warm, engaging personality and take pride in creating polished, welcoming guest experiences. An intuitive listener who easily reads the room, you meet every guest where they are to deliver a tailored, memorable visit. You are also a positive, collaborative teammate who enjoys working hard and having fun within a growing, dynamic brand. Most importantly, you create the kind of experience people remember—for the wine, yes, but also for how you made them feel. If guests leave already planning their next visit, you’re doing it right.

About Gård Estate Wines:

On the Royal Slope of Washington state, the Lawrence family farms the vineyards that anchor Gård Estate Wines, crafting every bottle from 100% estate fruit. Gård, meaning “farm,” honors our Scandinavian heritage and the family’s long farming tradition — one guided by a deep respect for place and a spirit of curiosity and innovation. With full control from vines to glass, our viticulturist and head winemaker, Matías Kúsulas, brings scientific rigor, global experience, and genuine curiosity to every step of the process.

 Position Requirements:
  • Be at least 21 years of age and maintain a current MAST and Food Handler’s Permit.
  • Bring a foundational knowledge of wine, with more advanced knowledge preferred.
  • Bring at least two years of customer service experience.
  • Values a collaborative and positive team dynamic and is willing to support other team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Show enthusiasm for learning new skills through onsite training and mentoring.
  • Use point-of-sale systems and basic computer tools with confidence and accuracy.
  • Take pride in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the tasting room, helping ensure the space consistently feels inviting.
  • Stay flexible to support a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Comfortably lift and carry up to 40 pounds as part of the role.
  • Remain on your feet and move throughout the space for extended periods.
  • Experience with food preparation and presentation, with an eye for quality, consistency, and thoughtful guest service a plus.
Compensation:

$17.13 – $22.00/hr, depending on experience. Eligible for tips.
