Garden Party Pairings Series: Bonus — The Minted Rosé Spritz
I’m always on the hunt for fun and delicious wine cocktails (NY Sour in the fall/winter forever), and this is my newest favorite for the sunny season! As we are leaning into longer days, blooming gardens, and that irresistible urge to gather the people we love around a table, we wanted to create something light, celebratory, and effortlessly pretty in the glass. Enter: The Minted Rosé Spritz.
Why we love it: It’s bright, citrusy, lightly effervescent, and endlessly sippable — the ideal cocktail for brunch, garden parties, or raising a glass to Mom.
You can make this with another Rosé (we tested our 2023, too), but the depth of our 2024 Gård Rosé of Syrah brings just enough fruit and structure to hold its own in a cocktail without losing itself in the rest of the drink. Add a splash of citrus liqueur and a pour of dry sparkling wine to top it off, and you’ve got the perfect sip.
Give it a try this weekend!
