Support Our NW Harvest Food Drive 
and Be Entered to Win a $50 Gift Card!

Gård Woodinville has partnered with Northwest Harvest to host a food drive now thru November 30! We want to collect as much food as possible to give to needy individuals and families during the holiday season. To donate, stop by the tasting room this month during business hours with needed food items (see list of suggestions below). You will then be entered to win a $50 Gård Vintners gift card! Drawing will be hel and announced Monday, December 4, 2023.

Northwest Harvest supports a state network of over 400 food banks, meal programs and high-need schools. Focused on improving equity in our food system, Northwest Harvest believes that food should be available, accessible, adequate and appropriate to all people.

Here is a list of items that seem to be needed in this region of the state: 

  • Meat proteins (canned)

  • Milk (shelf stable)

  • Vegetables (canned)

  • Fruits (canned)

  • Bread

  • Pop-top canned items

  • Ready-to-eat foods

  • Homecare/paper items

  • Personal hygiene items

Things to consider when donating: 

  • Give with respect. Please only donate items that are unopened and in their original packaging. Do not donate expired, damaged, or partially used products.

  • Consider the nutrient density of what you are donating. Opt for canned goods packed in water or items that are low sodium or low sugar.

  • When available, pop-top cans and other easy-open containers help make food more accessible.

  • Buy donations for your food drive at locally owned and independent grocery stores to support your community!

  • Avoid glass containers!
