Whipped Boursin with Pomegranate & Smoked Salt
Easy, elegant, and totally addictive. This whipped Boursin spread is creamy, tangy, herbaceous and topped with jewel-like pomegranate arils and a sprinkle of smoked salt. A festive favorite ready in minutes and perfect for pre-dinner snacking, wine tasting spreads, or holiday grazing boards. Pairs beautifully with our 2022 Skål Sparkling Rosé, 2024 Rosé & 2024 Sauvignon Blanc!

Wine Pairings: 2022 Skål Sparkling Rosé, 2024 Rosé, 2024 Sauvignon Blanc
Ingredients:
- 1 package Boursin Garlic & Herb cheese, at room temperature
- 4 Tbsp heavy cream or half & half
- ~½ cup fresh pomegranate arils
- Smoked salt
- Your favorite fancy cracker (we recommend Trader Joe’s Raisin Rosemary Crisps)
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whip the Boursin with a hand mixer, adding cream one tablespoon at a time until smooth and fluffy.
- Spoon into a serving dish and top with pomegranate arils and a generous sprinkle of smoked salt.
- Serve with crackers, plus extra arils & smoked salt.
- Enjoy with a chilled glass of our Skål Sparkling Rosé or Sauvignon Blanc!
