FIRST COURSE

2019 Sauvignon Blanc
Salad of local greens with cana de cabra, pistachios, roasted beets and thyme vinaigrette

 

SECOND COURSE

2018 Roussanne Grand Klasse Reserve
Creamy farro risotto with fennel, artichokes, peppers, asiago and white wine

 

THIRD COURSE

2017 The Don (Cab blend) and 2016 Winemaker's Select Cabernet Sauvignon

Choice of:

Pork loin stuffed with wild mushrooms and fontina, served with a roasted brussels sprout and root vegetable medley, finished with red wine pork jus

Roasted butternut squash and wild mushroom ragout, served over tri-color quinoa, finished with fontina & asiago cheeses (Vegetarian)

 

FOURTH COURSE

2017 Vaucluse (Syrah/Grenache blend)
Dark chocolate custard parfait with house made graham crackers, crushed raspberries and cocoa nibs
