Located in our home town of Royal City, WA, Gård Public House offers our own award-winning Gård Vintners estate wines, scratch-made eats, and craft beers. Open for lunch, dinner, and wine flights with indoor and outdoor seating. Reservations suggested, but not required.

OUR EXECUTIVE CHEF
Chef Chris joined the Gard team in spring of 2021 to help launch Gard Public House restaurant in Royal City, Wash. Chef Chris has a passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and scratch-made faire. He pursued his love for good food with Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Portland and fine-tuned his talents with several well-regarded restaurants and chefs in the Portland area before returning home to start the highly acclaimed restaurant, Simmer, in Moses Lake.
Chef Chris was born and raised in the Columbia Basin, and together with his partner Yvonne Denham, oversee operations at Gard Public House.
